Christmas is Coming!
I cannot believe it is almost Christmas time again either! I love the picture Caitlyn put on the header for this blog, it makes me laugh!
As for Christmas lists, if anyone still needs and idea for Jordan he always likes hoodies. Doug told me he would like a new golf bag, he also wants to get a new driver (whatever that is) so whoever has his name could get him a gift card to a place where he could get those. As for me I am just excited to have all my kids and expanding family with me! Okay so I am also looking forward to making dip again, it feels like it has been so long although maybe Peggy would like to do it again! Alright I do have a few things that I wouldn't turn down. I would love a Wii Fit game (I laugh as I say this because having been working in retail the last 6 months and being in the electronics dept. I know this is virtually impossible!) I like flavored hot cocoas like hazelnut, cinnamon and dark chocolate. I could use some chunky necklaces in black or silver. Earrings to match are nice. And as always with me you could not go wrong with warm fuzzy socks! I have 2 pair on right now and my feet still feel cold! Other than that gift cards are always nice, I shop at Kohls and Barnes and Noble a lot.
Anyway, I am so excited to see you all at Christmas!!!

Hi Everyone!
I can't wait for the giant get-together at Christmas. It will be amazing!
Tom (Dickie for those of you for whom that's confusing) and I are finally joining the modern world and getting each other Ipods for Christmas. If someone has my name, I could really use something to play it through - one of those "docking stations" like they sell at Kohls or Bed, Bath and Beyond. I don't care what kind, or if it has any other features, just something I can put in my sewing room. I have an input for it in my car already, so I don't need a car Ipod adapter.
Thanks! See you soon,
Amy

Oh boy, it's CHRISTMAS!!!
Hi everyone! I'm sorry I wasn't at Thanksgiving, but I did get a chance to talk to most of you! Hope you didn't miss me too terribly :P
Ok, here is my list. I am basing it from the store Express, and anything you think would be nice is just fine! I have a few things that I like, but if you can't find them, or you find something else, I'm sure I'll love it as well! Not terribly particular. Also, it doesn't have to be from here; I'm just giving a start point. Happy Holidays!
Here is a list of things I know I like:
http://www.express.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=526&parentCategoryId=2&categoryId=9&subCategoryId=13
> Any color, though I think the purple-y ones are really pretty.
http://www.express.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=2262&parentCategoryId=2&categoryId=9&subCategoryId=13
> I like the pink and the orange, but again, not really particular.
http://www.express.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=527&parentCategoryId=2&categoryId=9&subCategoryId=13
> I like the red one, personally.
http://www.express.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=8605&parentCategoryId=2&categoryId=43&subCategoryId=180
> Only one color!
For sizes, I tend to run a small in shirts and dresses, about a 2-4 in dresses with those sorts of sizes, and between a 3 and 5 for pants. Socks/shoes, definitely small. I'm excited to see everyone!

It's that time of year again!
Well, family, Christmas is coming once again, the reason, for the most part, that this blog even exists! I hope we'll all take advantage of it, because otherwise I'll have no idea what to get my person.
Here are our Christmas lists:
Me: a professional outfit for job interviews (or gift card to a store where I can get one).
-a nice button-up shirt with a collar (doesn't have to be white, something cute but professional),
-a matching cardigan/jacket to go over it (maybe in a neutral color)
-black or gray pants (or skirt), maybe with those subtle stripes. I've always been a fan of those.
Anyways, I know it's practically impossible to get nice clothing like that for under $75, so maybe you could talk to my mom and coordinate if she maybe wants to get part of it; I don't know if she does. My sizes are 8-9 in most pants, and since I never lost the weight from Chaela, large shirts from everywhere except Old Navy, where I wear a medium. :(
For Will: (exasperated sigh)
-"Dark Knight" on Blu-Ray
Other than that, he's just saying, "I don't know." He's a fan of video games, but none of the ones he wants are coming out until after Christmas. A gift card to Best Buy might be your best option.
For Chaela: pretty much anything
-18mo sized clothes for warm weather would be the best, if you can find any
-12 mo for now would be ok, but she already has a lot. If you do get some, warm weather is still preferable, since we're moving to Memphis.
(note: she's really small, so these sizes are the biggest she'll need all year, I promise)
-Board books, really anything, but here are some suggestions.
*Anything Dr. Seuss (she already has "A Wocket in my Pocket")
* The Hungry Caterpillar
-Whatever toys. She doesn't really play with them much, though. She prefers to play with things that are NOT toys.
Disney/Children's movies:
*Beauty and the Beast
* The Little Mermaid
*Snow White
*whatever else you want. She doesn't really watch movies all the way through yet, but I want to start building her collection now so that she'll have some when she starts. My mom is going to let me pick through her DVD collection, which is huge, so maybe if you happen to talk to my mom she can give you a better idea of things Chaela won't have.
So that's my family. I hope other people start getting their lists up soon. I can't wait to see you all in a few weeks!!
